Extension Study for the Foundation E.G. Bührle Collection, 2004. For the extension of the E.G. Bührle Collection, Florian Graf planned a building around a new courtyard which included a Monet-like pond. The building originates on the first floor of the existing villa and steps down along the terrain, accompanied by a fountain on its roof which can be used as a terrace. In the basement, the extension joins the old villa again. Preserving the character of the former villa, the new building enhances the public function of the museum. WS Prof. M. Sik. 2004.
